In this second Bodymovement Bootcamp, we’ll focus on waves, isolations, chest rolls and more – all the fundamental tools you need to develop clean and expressive movement in Bachata.
It’s perfect for dancers who want to improve their quality of movement and bring more control, flow and intention into their dancing. Whether you’ve been dancing for a while and want to refine your technique, or you're still in the earlier stages and want to build a solid foundation – this training will help you understand your body better and make partnerwork feel more natural and connected.
The Solo Bootcamps are perfect for anyone looking to level up their solo Bachata skills, build body awareness, and feel more confident moving on their own. Each week focuses on a different topic, helping you explore new tools, refine your technique, and develop your own style. By improving your solo movement, you'll naturally enhance your coordination, musicality, and overall quality in partner dancing.
