Meditation Mondays!!!

Start your week off right with guided Meditation from 8-8:45am lead by Brittney Lace of Laced in Harmony. Learn different methods of meditation in a calm, safe environment. Meditation is proven to help calm the nervous system, aid in better sleep, and help one connect with their higher self. This class is donation-based only. If you’d like to make a donation, Trillium yoga will be matching and proceeds will go to the Lake county Haven, to help women and children in need. If you’d like to attend and can’t make a donation, please do not feel obligated to do so. This class is Brittney’s gift to you. No experience is necessary. Drop-ins are welcome but space is limited.
