Kids Yoga Classes

Introduce your child to the wonderful world of yoga! In this fun filled class, kids ages five through nine will explore yoga poses, learn, simple, mindfulness techniques and express themselves through creative movement and stories. Will embark on playful adventures that build confidence, flexibility, and focus. Parents this is a drop off class a perfect chance for you to take some time for yourself!

Join me on Mondays from 4:30-5:15 PM.
