We will be working through releasing old patterns of grief and pain and allowing ourselves to step into new timelines with love and grace.
Our ceremony will go as follows:

**Explanation & Serving of Bobinsana Tea
**Grief Relief ( a processing circle to acknowledge grief in our life that we are ready to let go of )
**Intention Setting to Manifest a New Reality
**Trauma Release Breathwork
**Gong Bath
**Integration & Healing Circle
Bobinsana is directly correlated with the heart chakra. When we work with the sacred plant of Bobinsana, it can allow us to release any emotional baggage weighing us down. Bobinsana can help us process heartbreak, grief, loss, and allow heart chakra healing. It also brings in emotional awareness, self love, and heart chakra opening and activations.
Bobinsana Can have mood uplifting qualities and May induce altered states of consciousness. It may vary based on each individual's experience. It is NOT a psychoactive plant.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit/lay on.
