Ever wonder how tough the Au Sable River Canoe Marathon really is? Now’s your chance to find out—without paddling 120 miles!
Join us for the first annual Pros and Joe’s Paddle Challenge, a fun and friendly 6-mile race down the Au Sable River to support River House Shelter, a nonprofit helping families in crisis.
🏁 The Challenge:
Local radio hosts Rich Calkins and Jerry Coyne (JC) from Friday Face Off on WGRY 101.1 FM will team up with paddling legends Jeff Kolka and Bill Torongo to race from Penrod’s Canoe Livery to Burton’s Landing—the first checkpoint of the famous Au Sable Canoe Marathon.
