ASSEMBLY OPERATOR
REQUIREMENTS
– Very stable work history
– 2 years of manufacturing experience
– Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
– Capacity to stand for extended periods
– Ability to work 6-7 days a week
– Must be able to understand and respond to various notifications, both visual and audible, unless otherwise stated
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Operate all equipment in accordance with standard work practices
– Maintain a safe and clean work environment
– Meet or exceed quality, productivity and cost standards within assigned work area
– Conform to all safety rules based on Job Safety Analysis (JSA) studies
– Operate equipment efficiently, safely and make necessary adjustments to get machine back to zero in accordance with machine/ process specific SOP’s and JSA’s
– Operate all equipment in accordance to standard work practices within all quality and performance standards
– Actively participate and contribute to the team within assigned area
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED required.
– Minimum of two (2) years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or technical training in a related field.
– Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics – this is a must-have skill to be considered.
– Basic troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing or automated distribution setting.
– Physical ability to handle heavy lifting and work in a hands-on, sometimes dirty environment.
– Basic knowledge of PLCs (PLC work is handled by a separate team).
– Understanding of robotics, including recovery and teaching functions
Preferred Qualifications:
– Associate degree in a technical field OR five (5) years of maintenance experience.
– Experience in high-volume automotive manufacturing.
– Experience with CNC machining centers or automated assembly equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
– Must be able to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic prints – this is non-negotiable.
– Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
– Provide technical support to maintain equipment readiness.
– Work with robotics, including recovery and teaching.
– Use hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments safely and effectively.
– Follow safety protocols and regulations.
– Adhere to documentation processes within the Maintenance Operating System (MOS).
– Train entry-level maintenance technicians as needed.
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with 5S standards.
CNC MACHINE OPERATOR
REQUIREMENTS
– High School diploma or GED.
– Strength in CNC machining functions, included but not limited, such as grinding, drilling, milling, hard turning, honing, and deburring.
– Knowledge of gear manufacturing processes including hobbing, broaching and gear cutting techniques.
– Understanding of metal hardening techniques including inductive hardening, and vacuum carbonating.
– Demonstrated knowledge in CNC machine setup and changeover procedures.
– Knowledge in automated metal forming, Kuka robots, chemical resin applications & curing (i.e., “Dip” powder coating & curing), automated assembly, and fast paced laser weld utilizing 3D CNC positioning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Operate all equipment in accordance with standard work practices within assigned work area.
– Trainer for assigned work area according to certification process.
– Assist as needed in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing production equipment in assigned work area.
– Verify that all quality checks including measurements and documents are being recorded in the SPC system (CMM Reporter or SPC Control Charts) in accordance to job specifications and standard work practices within assigned work area.
– Adhere to all housekeeping SOP's in and around work area including 5S standards.
– Understand and comply with TS 16949 and ISO 14000 requirements.
SET-UP OPERATOR
REQUIREMENTS
– High School diploma or GED.
– Strength in CNC machining functions, included but not limited, such as grinding, drilling, milling, hard turning, honing, and deburring.
