On Friday 20th December, we have the pleasure of welcoming noted historian and author Alison Weir to give a talk about Christmas during the Tudor period. Not only will you be able to see inside our incredible 13th century manor house, but the talk itself will be held in our medieval great hall, where Christmas has been celebrated for almost a thousand years.

You will be greeted with a glass of mulled wine crafted on the estate, as well as some delicious canapes made by our talented head chef. After the talk, enjoy a Q&A session with the author, as well as a book signing and an opportunity to purchase one of Weir's novels. There will also be the chance to purchase our Silverhand Christmas hampers filled with everything a sparkling wine-lover might need.
