Do you feel held back by self-doubt or negative inner dialogue? Your inner critic—formed by societal expectations, family, and past experiences—can keep you from living the life you truly want.

This workshop will help you:
-Identify when your inner critic is influencing your choices
-Understand when it serves you—and when it doesn’t
-Turn down its volume and regain control
-Reconnect with your authentic self and inner confidence

Through guided discussions and practical exercises, you’ll gain tools to silence self-doubt and step into a more empowered version of yourself.
