Hi Everybody! It's time again for the Fourth Sunday Jazz Jam - sponsored by the Sierra Jazz Society! Which will be held today Sunday June 27th 3-6pm at G.V. Brewery 141 East Main St. Grass Valley, 3pm-6pm.
The house trio will be Al Feeney, keys; John Lace, bass; Rich Celio filling in for Karl Chelette, drums, MC and your host for the afternoon.
Y'all know the rules by now: C charts for the trio, bring charts if not readily available, vocalists bring music, or know it, in their key. Guitarists could bring a small amp. Bring a friend, tell a friend and help this great local jazz jam session grow! Hope to see you there!
Note: There has been a slight change of format to ensure that folks don't have to wait around for hours to play. We are changing to one song per person till we get through the signup list, then we will continue to repeat through the list again, in order, until we run out of time. This will ensure that musicians aren't waiting around for so long in order to play. Thanks for coming out to support our local jazz jam sessions!!!
