Anatomy and Classical Ballet Technique with Karen-ages 11 & up
This two hour intensive class will delve into the basic anatomical principles of classical ballet.
We will explore questions such as “What is turn out and how can I get more?” And “How do I engage my back?” Or “ How do I lift my pelvis?”
We will focus on how to eliminate tension in our daily training and to get the most of our barre exercises by working with and in the music.
