We've got some exciting news to share!

Since our last successful clear out event, we've sold our building to a new owner. But guess what? We're back for TWO DAYS to help clear out even more inventory, and everything is still absolutely FREE!

We're inviting you to join us at our location at 103 W Michigan Ave, Grass Lake, MI. We've got an amazing selection of salvaged windows, doors, sinks, toilets, and a library's worth of old books. Each item is a piece of history just waiting to find a new home.

**Please note, our other buildings will not be open during this event.**
