SHINE U: Maker’s Edition is a hands-on workshop series designed to help students explore their creativity, discover new hobbies, and learn from real student entrepreneurs who’ve been in their shoes. Each session highlights the “H,” “I,” and “E” of our SHINE Framework—Hobbies, Interests & Irritants, and Experiences—helping young makers uncover what excites them and why it matters.

Even better? It’s a chance to get inspired for our 8th Annual Holiday Artisan Market Ft. Student Entrepreneurs on November 8th, where students can take what they’ve learned and turn it into something worth sharing—or even selling.

Create a charm necklace that tells your story—one piece at a time.
In this "You Are Unique"-inspired workshop, 13-year-old jewelry designer and founder of Solai Bracelets, Sophie Stovall, will help students craft their own personalized charm necklace. With a selection of gold or silver chains and a variety of meaningful charms to choose from, participants will design a wearable reminder of who they are—or create a thoughtful gift for someone they know and love.

During the session, Sophie will guide students through a creative process that includes:

• Choosing charms that represent personality, memories, or interests
• Learning how to attach and arrange charms using real tools
• Reflecting on what makes them unique
• Sharing their finished pieces in a supportive, creative space

All supplies are included. Just come ready to create something that shines.

Please note: Each class requires a minimum of 8 participants to run and for students ages 10-15!
