You're invited to our next Little Artists Summer Activity on Thursday, July 31, at 10 am. Let your imagination run wild with artist and storyteller Maryna Polonska and create your very own suspicious characters using fun prompts. Be inspired while we create surrounded by her colorful gallery exhibit 'Suspicious Universe'—filled with fruits with big personalities, wandering planets, and vegetables that are definitely up to something. As part of the experience, every drawing will be entered into a fun competition and collaboration with Maryna herself!
As a special treat, Maryna will choose one character drawing to turn into a finished piece in her signature style! We'll print it, frame it in a vintage frame, and gift the final artwork to the lucky young artist as a keepsake of their creative collaboration.
We're kicking off this playful drawing adventure during the event—but don't worry, you've got plenty of time to let your creativity shine! The drawing fun runs through August 24 at 3:00 pm. Whether you finish your character on the spot or take the prompts home to work on it later and bring it back during Sunday gallery hours (1–3 pm), it'll still be part of the drawing competition.
This event is completely free of charge, and we'll have drinks and snacks available. No cutting is required!
Our Little Artists activities are perfect for kids 12 and under, focusing on fun, friendship, and the joy of artistic expression.
