Self-love Sound Bath & Embodiment Workshop

This workshop is designed to guide participants into deeper self-connection and relaxation through movement, reflection, and sound healing. We’ll begin with gentle movement and mirror work to ground into the body, followed by journaling prompts for self-love and clarity.

The journey culminates in a restorative 40-minute Sound Bath, using crystal bowls and chimes to create space for nervous system reset and inner renewal.

- Journal & pen
- Handheld mirror (extras provided)
- Comfortable clothing for gentle movement

About Sarah
Sarah Lamb hails from Upstate New York and has been teaching yoga and mindfulness since 2005. A Reiki Master, therapist, sound healer, and writer, she weaves together practices that support healing and authentic embodiment. She is also a devoted mom to her 14-year-old daughter. Having lived for several years in Corvallis, Oregon, Sarah continues to return to the West Coast often, where her heart and soul feel deeply at home.
