Fire Salute

The human brain has evolved to focus on stress. So if you want to be happy, peaceful or even joyous. It requires practice. During the powerful practice of the Fire Salute individual's will find their personal mantra "Sankalpa" while taking a movement and breath-filled journey through the chakras. Woven throughout are powerful neurological techniques to rewire stress pathways and make room for more joy and peace. Come burn away that which no longer serves you and leave your mat refreshed and powerful!

This is a 2.5 hour workshop led by Michelle Fleming founder of Orthopedic Yoga and Evolution Trainings. This class will take place in the Ganesha (heated) room.
Bring a towel and water. Mats are provided.

Michelle is the founder of Orthopedic Yoga and Evolution Trainings. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist, a Thai bodyworker, a nerve and artery specialist, and a Board Certified Structural Integrator in the lineage of Ida Rolf.

Michelle has been teaching for 25 years and training teachers since 2005. She brings her unique style of yoga to students of all levels, ages, shapes and sizes. She believes it is a blessing to be able to bring the gifts of a strong body, quiet mind, and a blissful spirit.
