Join Melissa for some SALSA in December!
This is an Intermediate-level Salsa class, meaning you must be comfortable with Salsa timing, connection, and basics like cross-body lead and outside/inside turns.
This is a 3-week series on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
The dates are Dec. 3, 10 and 17.
Paul will be assisting.
The cost is $40
We also allow drop-ins for $15
Classes are 50 minutes long, plus 2-3 practice songs at the end.
Here's what class will look like:
• Body isolations practice
• Shine sequence
• Partnerwork
We'll focus on moves that we haven't previously taught, but will also briefly review prior material (including as requested by students).
We anticipate a small class, which will allow us to provide individualized, one-on-one feedback. Heavy on music and drilling to build muscle memory.
Our goal: To bring out the most nimble, delicious, buttery version of your Salsa self in order to build your Salsa proficiency on the social floor :)
This will also likely be our LAST Salsa series for a while, as we are taking a break from weekly Salsa classes starting in January. So, come have some fun with us while you can!
