This clinic is designed to elevate your child’s athletic performance by focusing on the key fundamentals that drive elite sprinting success.
What We’ll Cover:
🏃♂️ Sprint Mechanics – Learn proper form, arm drive, and efficient stride technique
💥 Explosive Movements – Power-building drills to improve starts and acceleration
⚡ Speed Training – Maximize top-end speed with proven sprint development techniques
💪 Core & Abs Work – Strengthen the foundation for balance, posture, and power
