Kids Mindful Yoga with Grace

We are thrilled to have the return of our Kids Mindful Yoga Series!

Mindful yoga for kids is a practice that combines mindfulness with movement to help children develop self-awareness, self-regulation, and a positive mindset. Mindful yoga encourages children to connect to the present moment with curiosity and an open heart and creates harmony between the body and mind. This practice will include asanas (poses), pranayama (breath), music, games, and other creative activities to leave young yogis feeling connected, refreshed and joyful.

Join us on Sundays from 1-1:45pm

September 7th with Courtney
September 14th with Grace
September 28th with Lauren

Ages 5-12 years old. One quick note, when registering your child, please put in their name and not the parents. Even if that means setting up a new account because we wanna make sure we can track who the children are for safety purposes.
