We want to celebrate our behind-the-scenes flavor maker, Kham, our Bar Prep Coordinator and an all around great human being.
Kham hails from the U.S. Virgin Island of St. Thomas, but comes to us via the kitchen, with an extensive background and passion for the culinary arts. When we asked Kham what kind of pop-up he'd want to throw if given the opportunity, he didn't hesitate: ๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐๐๐๐ง ๐๐จ๐จ๐, ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ก๐๐๐ซ๐ญ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ ๐ซ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ!
So for one sunny afternoon, we're giving Kham the reins (and the tongs). He's firing up the grill and cooking the dishes that make him happy, inspired by home - and we're throwing a patio party to celebrate! Come hungry. Come thirsty. And come toast Kham with a shot (or three) of Mamajuana.
