Breath + Sound Alchemy

During this class, we will open with a few minutes of guided movement. During the breath + sound practice we will invite you to recline using props and finding a comfortable posture.

As Angie guides the transformational breath practice- which is an activating rhythmic breath that is helpful to move energy, Katya will intuitively guide the sound experience to deepen and support your journey. The healing sounds of gongs, crystal bowls & vocal toning encourage an open heart deep and transformation.

These two practices combined offer you space to expand, restore, and release.
