Meet your Facilitators:

Jamie Colon-Orelup, a traveling medicine woman/curandera with a profound respect for traditional practices of preventative medicine. She believes that the body is a garden and the Earth provides the sacred tools needed for cleansing, balance, or recovery. Her integrative practice incorporates a blend of bodywork, movement, breathwork, laughter, ritual and ceremony, herbology, hydrotherapy, reiki, sound, and color therapy. She sees herself

as a steward of these practices and a bridge between contemporary and traditional.

Natalie Courtney (Upma Kaur) is a Transformative Wellness Practitioner. She integrates breath-work, meditation, kundalini yoga and sound healing into her classes and private sessions. Natalie aims to support clients in achieving holistic wellness, transforming their lives on emotional, mental, physical and spiritual levels.

Natalie is an E-RYT 500 Hatha teacher, Kundalini teacher and a Certified Sound Practitioner. She is also a continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance.
