Spiral Light Sound & Meditation Center presents:
Heartbeat of the Earth, Resonance of the Cosmos – Drum Circle, Native Flute, and Gongbath with Andrew Ecker, Monica Patton, and Jere Friedman
The Heartbeat of the Earth meets the Resonance of the Cosmos as you are welcomed into a sacred space of rhythm and vibration. You are invited to be part of this sacred circle, where transformation unfolds naturally and connection becomes medicine. In this special sound immersion, Drumming Ceremonialists Andrew Ecker and Monica Patton join forces with Gongmaster Jere Friedman to combine drumbeats with celestial tones and harmonic layers to guide participants into deep inner alignment.
First, you'll join in an energetic Drum Circle as Andrew and Monica lead you and others to create a powerful, unified spiritual force and sense of community. The collective rhythm and improvisation combine into a dynamic experience that blends physical movement with the creation of a shared soundscape, fostering connection and potentially inducing a meditative or trance-like state. No drumming experience or talent necessary! Drum circles are fun and enriching for novices and experienced drummers alike.
Next, Andrew will play the Native American flute to shift and soften the energy of the drum circle as we transition to the gongbath. The flute’s gentle tones, calming melodies, and serene energy will evoke a sense of peace and serve as a bridge as we journey from Mother Earth to the Cosmos. Then, lie back and relax as Jere and Monica play gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments to activate the powerful Sonic Vortex, which will envelop your body, mind, and spirit in healing and energizing vibrations. Take your own personal journey to a deep level of rejuvenation, re-energization, and reconnection with your Authentic Self.
