U20 Course: 16 to 20 years old (Born on or after January 1, 2005 ~ Born before December 31, 2009)
OVER 21 Course: 21 years old and older (Born on or before December 31, 2004)

Bring Model into the store
Fill out one paper form
Front of the form:
Write Online Application ID Number at top
Completely fill out
Back of the form:
Model name
Notes on the model
Give form(s) to Hobbytown Team member to review.
Take your model to the display tables along with your entry number!
