The Wellbeing Collective is a collaborative project bringing together local practitioners who offer a wide range of wellness activities. Our goal is to create accessible opportunities for individuals and families to explore different paths to well-being.

Services are offered freely; if you wish, a donation may be made to your practitioner or to the Momentum Center as a token of appreciation.

Service Description:

Join us for an interactive evening to explore and clarify your personal values, the principles that guide your choices and well-being. Through reflection and group discussion, we'll gain insight into what matters and how to align your life with it. Bring an open mind.
