Wellbeing Collective - Sound Bath with Gretchen

The Wellbeing Collective is a collaborative project bringing together local practitioners who offer a wide range of wellness activities. Our goal is to create accessible opportunities for individuals and families to explore different paths to well-being.

Join us:
7-8 pm - Sound Bath with Gretchen

Services are offered freely; if you wish, a donation may be made to your practitioner or to the Momentum Center as a token of appreciation.

Service Description:

Sound Bath / Gong Bath - A sound bath is a relaxing experience where soothing vibrations from instruments like gongs and singing bowls help calm the mind and body. Just lie back and let the sound guide you into a peaceful, meditative state.
