Morning Meditation Meet-Up

Please join us for peaceful, reflective Saturday morning gatherings of beginner and experienced meditators. We will settle in with a short guided meditation followed by sharing experiences and insights based on prompts with the intention to support and inspire. The group is based on Theosophical principles, is non-denominational, and is open and encouraging to any and all beliefs and faiths.

Registration is encouraged but not required. All ages, teen and up.

Feel free to bring a pillow or mat if you prefer to sit on the ground. Chairs will be provided.
