Using Silence and various art mediums, this event is designed to help you relax, destress, and find inner peace through artistic expression. The process in this class is more important than the finished product - the intention is to encourage the value of a personal art reflection practice; to discover one's own unique expression, and deeper aspects of one's authenticSelf. No experience is necessary - just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore your creativity.
