2025 Battle on the Boardwalk

The 2025 Battle on the Boardwalk is Aug 28-29, at Grand Haven’s Lynne Sherwood Waterfront Stadium! This will be the 13th year for this FREE two-day multi-faceted event that brings together the community and area schools.

On Thursday, Aug. 28: Boys open gym will be from 3-4:30 p.m., and Adult 4s @ 5 p.m.

On Friday, Aug. 29: Girls volleyball teams from Fruitport, Grand Haven, Mona Shores and Spring Lake will scrimmage each other throughout the day:

🏐 Freshman @ 9 a.m.
🏐 JV @ 11:30 a.m.
🏐 Varsity @ 2 p.m.

Due to the great support from our donors and sponsors, this event sponsors scholarships and helps fund both Grand Haven Volleyball's Girls & Boys teams.

Come on out for this awesome community event at the best outdoor venue in the heart of downtown Grand Haven! We can't wait to pack Waterfront Stadium!
