Known for its artisan craftsmanship and award-winning flavor, Angel’s Envy finishes its Kentucky Straight Bourbon in port wine casks and blends in small batches of just 8–12 barrels at a time. The result? A bourbon with remarkable depth, complexity, and smoothness.

Executive Chef Dan Fortin has curated a thoughtfully paired menu to highlight Angel’s Envy rich character and spirit. Throughout the evening, you’ll hear the story behind the brand, its innovative finishing process, and what makes Angel’s Envy a true standout in the world of whiskey.
