Turn Up & Let Go is a one-of-a-kind experience where sensual dance meets soulful stillness. This 90-minute class is your chance to shed shame, stretch deep, and move like the goddess you are. Expect empowering movement, intentional breathwork, and a safe space to reconnect with your body in a whole new way.
