Gowrie Freedom 5K

EVENT: 14th Annual 5K (3.1 mile) Run/Walk around Gowrie, IA starting at 7:30 A.M.

REGISTRATION: Begins at 6:30 A.M. Registration forms will be available to sign. Please have registration forms signed with plenty of time before the start of the 5K at 7:30 A.M. Same day registration only (no pre-registration). Note: all participants must sign a liability waiver form prior to race start.

ENTRY FEE: Freewill monetary donations to The Community Pantry (please make checks out to G3G) or recommended non-perishable items for The Community Pantry including cereal, peanut butter, jelly, spaghetti sauce, canned fruit, mixed vegetables, canned potatoes, pasta side dishes, helper meals, mac and cheese, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash

LOCATION: Registration & 5K start is at the Southeast Valley HS Football Field located at 1202 Beek St, Gowrie, IA 50543
