Cadet & Trainer Rifle October '25 - Snap

In this month's comp we'll be shooting Snap events. Competitors will require 30 rounds in total to compete in each class.

Snap A: 50m - offhand unsupported - 5 exposures of 10 seconds each, two rounds expended per exposure - 5 to 15 seconds between exposures - 10 rounds total.

Snap B: 50m - seated or kneeling - 10 exposures of 3 seconds each, one round expended per exposure - 5 to 15 seconds between exposures - 10 rounds total.

Snap C: 100m - prone unsupported - 5 exposures of 10 seconds each, two rounds expended per exposure - 5 to 15 seconds between exposures - 10 rounds total.

Range fees are $10. All 22LR non-target rifles with iron sights are eligible for the 22 Trainer class. 297/230 Martinis will operate in a separate class should competitors wish to use them. A club Norinco JW-25a 22 trainer rifle is available for use to members and guests provided they bring their own ammunition. The Norinco shoots best with SK Pistol Match or Winchester Powerpoint.
