YIN Yoga for HIPs - 90 min class

LAST YIN yoga class with Jennifer until this Fall!! (shhhh we may have a guest instructor pop in this summer.. keep an eye out on our facebook page AND right here in our events page for details!)

Join us during this 90 min YIN Yoga class to help support and give relief to tight hips and lower back!

-90 min class
-$10 per person
-5:30pm to 7pm
-Yoga mats & supports provided however please feel free to bring your own if you would like to!
