Somatic Yoga for Hips - 90 min class! LAST Somatics Class until Fall!

This is our LAST Somatics class until fall!! Join us for everyone’s favorite…. HIPS!!

-90 min class-5:30pm to 7pm-$10 per person-Yoga mats and supports provided however please feel free to bring your own if you would like to!-Pre-registration required by simply texting 308-365-2169 to sign up!
