Voices of Gorey Summer Concert
Join us for our second annual summer concert, Sounds Of Summer!
Voices of Gorey Community Choir was established in January 2024 by its Choir Director, Emma Hughes. We provide an opportunity for women in Gorey and its surrounds to come together to sing and socialise.
After the success of our first year, the ladies of Voices of Gorey Community Choir are very excited about our second summer concert and we’re looking forward to bringing you some wonderful music. With lots of favourites, old and new, this is a night not to be missed!
We are honoured to have Chris Currid return as our MC and guest singer for this concert and very privileged to have Conor McCarthy as our concert pianist.
Local folk group, Kindred, who are members of the choir, will once again feature in this concert.
The Vogappellas, a small a cappella group and offshoot of the big choir, will also entertain you with a few tunes.
