Lauren Keogh is a yoga teacher, women’s circle facilitator & artist.
Her passion is holding sacred space for women of all ages & backgrounds to connect to themselves, their bodies, their voices & each other.
Rebecca Smith Andreou is a lifestyle & documentary photographer who captures the quiet beauty in real moments.
Her calm, natural approach creates space for people to feel present, at ease & beautifully themselves.
Our intention for the circle will be to ‘take up space’.
We hope to provide a warm, supportive container where you can express yourself & speak your truth.
Lauren will guide you through grounding breathwork, an expansive yoga practice,nourishing yoga nidra meditation, insightful Journalling & sharing circles while Rebecca will be in the background, working intuitively to capture our essence & vulnerability.
In this way we are connecting the visual aspect of photography with the internal reflection & self-discovery happening within the women’s circle.
This is a space to be truly witnessed, seen & heard.
If you don’t feel comfortable having your photos taken but would still like to join then you’re very welcome.
There is absolutely no pressure to be photographed.
