Sarah trained under Paula Gibson of Heart Tribe Cacao over 4 years ago.
Since then she has been working with Cacao, holding sacred space and facilitating ceremonies in both Melbourne and Ireland.
Lauren has been practicing yoga for over 7 years. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Earthwise in Enniscorthy in 2022 and 300 hour training in Hatha, Ashtanga & Vinyasa Flow in India in 2023. She is a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
She also completed a year long apprenticeship under Trish Cameron in Sacred Sexuality & holding sacred space for women.
Lauren loves how yoga and breathwork can move old, stagnated energy and emotions out of the body or bring them to the surface so we can deal with old wounds.
She has witnessed the power of sharing in circle and experienced the growth and insight it brings. As a result of this she started hosting regular Women’s Circles in 2022 and is extremely passionate about holding space for others.
Cacao and Yoga go perfectly hand in hand💜
A cacao ceremony offers you the chance to drop out of your head space and into the heart - something that most of us can find quite challenging. This will be an intimate, nourishing and deeply healing space where all of you is welcome. We will connect with our light and let go of self limiting beliefs and fears. We will be focusing on the themes of acceptance & self love knowing that we are exactly where we need to be & that life is happening for us.
Cacao is a gentle, heart healing medicine that allows us to relax the nervous system and invoke feelings of clarity, bliss and joy. Cacao will meet you wherever you are and ever so softly, guide you back to the heart, back to your centre. Cacao helps us to access the subconscious mind allowing us to release stagnant energy & beliefs. As a result, you will feel a greater sense of happiness, clarity and peace after our ceremony.
Our ceremony will begin with a beautiful cup of Keith’s Cacao which we drink intentionally & all together. During this time, you will be left to sit in stillness, arriving wholeheartedly into the space and enjoying your own personal journey with the medicine. This is a powerful time, allowing the medicine to land in your body and for you to receive her messages. After some time Sarah will guide us back to the space with a meditation and visualisation practice allowing you to integrate the messages received by cacao.
Then Lauren will guide you through a heart opening breath work and yoga practice where we will synchronise our breath with movement, again tapping into our heart space, feeling fully alive and present in our bodies, grounding us into the space and allowing any stagnant energy or emotions to flow through us. She will then guide you through a relaxing and nourishing yoga nidra, a powerful practice that allows the body to deeply rest and heal while the mind stays aware.
There will be time to sit and journal, write down any feelings or thoughts that may arise and we will then have a sharing circle where you can share your experience.
This will be a time for slowing down, dropping in and creating space for all you desire.
You will be left feeling relaxed, calm and oozing with self love.
