The place where confidence, courage, and boundaries live.
When this chakra is in balance we feel steady in ourselves, clear in our yes and no and able to shine our light.
First Lauren will guide you through breathwork and yoga to connect with your core and stoke that inner flame.
Through movement, breath and focused awareness you'll gently awaken the solar plexus, building strength, releasing tension in the belly and creating space for more energy to flow with ease.
Then Shauna will lead a short solar plexus activation practice, a playful way of exploring how it feels in your body to really own your space before guiding you with a solar plexus sound bath journey letting the vibrations flow through and integrate everything you’ve awakened.
It’ll be two hours of breath, movement, empowerment and sound, a chance to drop in with yourself and leave feeling brighter, clearer, and full of your own radiant energy ☀️
No experience required, come as you are, all of you is welcome 🤲🏼
