Entry Fee: $20 + $10 for Catering
Game system: Warhammer 40k 10th Edition (with all current rules commentary, FAQs, and erratas in place.)
Army Size: 2000 Points
Prizes: Heroes & Champions gift cards awarded to the top 3 participants. (Amount based on attendance.)
Missions: Pariah Nexus Mission Deck. We will also be following the Pariah Nexus Tournament Companion as closely as we can. This is a document provided by Warhammer Community to make the tournament experience smoother and more efficient for everyone. Time Limits: Before the beginning of every round, each pair of players will have 20 minutes to determine primary mission, place objectives and terrain, and deploy their armies as shown in the Core Rules. Then, each pair of players will have 3 hours to complete their game.
Lunch Break: After the completion of the first round (at 2:20) there will be a 40 minute lunch break. Lunch will be provided
Battle Ready: For this tournament, we will NOT be using the Battle-Ready standard rule. (This is the rule that gives 10 extra Victory Points to an army that is painted to a "Battle-Ready standard".)
Proxy Models: Heroes & Champions allows non-GW models to be proxied as units in a Warhammer 40k army, as long as the following conditions are met:-The silhouette and size of the model is similar to its official counterpart (per TO approval)-The model has the exact same base size as its official counterpart-The model has no offensive/harmful imagery or nudity.
