Russ Smith Seminar - Bridging 101

Karate seminar taught by Master Russ Smith of the Burinkan dojo. Will cover Bridging 101

Will run for two days, exact start and end times TBD.

Cost is $150/person.

Sensei Russ Smith is a Goju Ryu, Five Ancestor (Ngo Cho Kun / Wuzuquan), White Eyebrow (Pak Mei), and White Crane Boxing style instructor from the Burinkan Dojo of central Florida. He is also the author of internationally published books on martial arts ("Principle-driven Skill Development") that is highly recommended by Patrick McCarthy and others.

He will be teaching a two day seminar on martial arts principles related to "bridging" and using martial arts in a practical manner. The seminar is style agnostic and all martial training disciplines are welcome.

The cost is $150 per person. Attendees need to bring MMA style gloves and a mouth piece for protection.
