ZumBelly With Micheline
Get ready to shimmy, sweat, and smile! Zumbelly is a high-energy fitness class that blends the joy of belly dance with the fun of Zumba. Set to upbeat Arabic music, this class fuses traditional Middle Eastern dance moves with cardio for a full-body workout that feels more like a party than a workout. Whether you’re a dancer or a beginner, Zumbelly will have your hips moving and your heart pumping.
This class is for all levels and all genders—no dance experience needed. Together, we release stuck energy, reconnect with our bodies, and shake off stress and trauma in community. Zumbelly invites you to move with joy, embrace your curves, and feel free.

With roots in Lebanon, she is dedicated to helping individuals achieve emotional balance, resilience, and personal growth. Micheline combines her expertise in mental health with an understanding of cultural nuance, making her approach both compassionate and effective.
