Plants Gone Rogue: A Guided Hike On Noxious Weeds
Join us for a fascinating exploration of the wild side! Our guided hike will start at Nott Creek Trailhead (upper parking lot) and we'll walk about 1 miles roundtrip up the service road, where we'll uncover the secrets of noxious weeds. Learn about these rogue plants and how they impact our environment. This in-person event is perfect for nature enthusiasts and curious minds alike. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to delve into the world of unwanted flora!
Additionally, please make sure you've purchased your park pass before the event. There is a pay station that accepts cash only (pass is $12) at the area in which we'll be parking for this hike, however, the Visitor Center sells passes as well if you need to purchase via card. The address of the Visitor Center is 92Crawford Gulch Rd, Golden, CO 80403. If you have a Keep Colorado Wild Pass stamped to your car registration, this is accepted and Park Rangers will check by scanning your license plate.
