The countdown is on! The Legends Unleashed: Parkour Heroes Jam is here, and we are thrilled to have you join us for an action-packed day of movement, skill, and heroic fun! Here’s everything you need to know before the big event.
Event Details
📍 Location: Kicking Horse Gymnastics – 907 10th Street North, Golden, B.C.
🕥 Date & Time: Saturday, July 27th | 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
🎟 Spectator Fee: $5 per person (cash & mobile payments accepted)
📝 Check-in & Warm-up
Athlete check-in opens at 10:00 AM – please arrive early to ensure you have time to warm up.
The competition kicks off promptly at 10:30 AM.
Be sure to bring comfortable athletic gear, water, and any personal training equipment you may need.
Competition Schedule:
10:30-11:10 am: Mini Parkour Course for Ages 4-5 (Awards at 11:10-11:30am)
11:30 am-12:00 pm: Warm-up and Course Overview
12:00 pm-12:30 pm: Skill Prelims for Ages 6-11
12:30 pm-1:00 pm: Skill Prelims for Ages 12-15
1:00 pm-1:30 pm: Skill Prelims for Ages 16+
1:30 pm-2:00 pm: Skill Awards
2:00-2:45 pm: Lunch Break
2:45-4:00 pm: Speed & Style Competition for Ages 6-11
4:00-5:15 pm: Speed & Style Competition for Ages 12-15+
5:15-5:45 pm: Awards Ceremony (Women's and Open Categories)
🏆 Competition Format
Skill Challenges – Test your precision, strength, and control with technical movements.
Speed & Style Challenge – A combined event where athletes race the clock and showcase their creativity and flair on the same course!
Awards & Recognition – Prizes will be awarded to top competitors
🍕 Food, Concessions & Fundraising
We will have delicious pizza from Turning Point Restaurant available for purchase.
A fully stocked concession stand will be available with drinks, snacks, and fruit!
Raffle & Fundraising – get your ticket in on some awesome baskets and merchandise to support future events!

Please bring cash as we do not have a card payment machine on-site.
E-transfer is also accepted – details will be provided at the event.
