We’re excited to welcome May Yang, a Daoist Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner and wellness meditation teacher, to Golden this July!

May has been a Daoist wellness practitioner since 1985 and has lived in Canada for the past 20 years. She loves the spirit of Golden and intends to offer her learning and experience with the community.

There’s so much to explore in this practice. In these sessions, May will focus on techniques to balance the energy of the body’s main organs and interlink with the Five Elements (Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth) and some foundational Daoist Talisman practices.

📅 Class Schedule:
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (From Jul 18th to 28th)
🕕 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Please arrive by 5:50 PM to settle in and grab your favorite meditation mat.)
🏡Location: Alpine Meadows Lodge (717 Elk Road - after the single lane bridge, turn left, opposite the golf course entrance )
