We’ll come together for 90 minutes journey together practicing breathwork🧘‍♀️

Balancing our energy centers, cultivating inner vitality and strength, and letting go of the tension that no longer serves us.🙏

Through this deeper practice, we open space within ourselves for renewal and alignment.

This is for you if you are ready for deeper exploration of breathwork.

We’ll then ground and restore with a calming Japanese tea ritual, closing the practice by connecting and sharing in community💚🍵
