🌊 Women's Retreat Day: Embracing the Element of Water 🌊

Join us for a day of deep connection, renewal, and flow as we immerse ourselves in the sacred element of water—a force of cleansing, intuition, and community. This event will center on the image of a river as a metaphor for our spiritual journeys, past, present and future.

💧 Cold Plunge – Awaken your senses & invigorate your spirit
🌊 Drum-Guided Journey Meditation – Dive into the wisdom of water
💦 Water Rituals – Learn sacred practices for cleansing & intention-setting
🛁 Ritual Bath Kit or Tea Creation – Craft your own sacred self-care experience

This retreat is open to women ages 12 and up who feel called to connect with the healing power of water.
