Pilates Inner Strength & Core

Mondays 2:15pm Inner Strength & Core
Feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders? Invigorate yourself with some fine-tuned principles of movement and postural alignment while doing some of the most basic of exercises. In this class we use free weights, mats and bands while gaining body awareness to create strength and stamina.
Classes are focused and controlled for safety and efficiency.

As a Stott Pilates Certified Instructor & Registered Health Professional you can guarantee your safety is of the utmost importance to me. All levels are welcome however, with injuries and our sedentary lifestyle sometimes we need a personal approach even in our group training. Please consider contacting me to book a private consultation to allow for your optimal movement and safety during the class.

Classes are held at varying locations-Please message me if you are interested.
All classes require a mat and other equipment will be discussed upon registration.
