Yoga and Drum Journey Workshop

This event Autumn Equinox celebration features a thoughtfully curated yoga session focused on Aparigraha (non-attachment), followed by an immersive drum journey inspired by the Greek Goddess Persephone.

Together, we will acknowledge the transition of the season, reflect on the symbolic descent into darkness, and practice letting go of what no longer serves us. The workshop offers a safe and intentional environment for reflection, renewal, and connection to inner wisdom and cycles of change.

This collaborative workshop is presented in partnership with Bridget McConnell. Participants will engage in Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Asana (postures), with an emphasis on cultivating aparigraha (non-attachment). A brief intermission with light refreshments will be provided, after which Bridget will facilitate the Drum Journey experience inspired by the Persephone's story, with creative journalling to finish.
