Sound Bath at Cranleigh Arts – August 2025

Take time out to relax and recharge with an immersive Sound Bath at Cranleigh Arts.

You’ll be guided through a soothing session of resonant sounds and vibrations created with gongs, singing bowls and other instruments. The experience is designed to help calm the mind, release tension and restore a sense of balance.

🧘‍♀️ Please bring along a yoga mat, blanket and cushion so you can get comfortable lying down for the session.
