“Caring for my body” (7-12 year olds) This class will be offered on Wednesday mornings at Trail Station Park in the gazebo from 10:30am-11:30am. Every week we will explore a different area of the body through journaling, yoga, group discussion, and meditation. Classes will also include a healthy snack and a reading. Each child will be provided with a workbook and all coinciding materials for their personal use throughout the session as well. Children will only need to bring yoga mats and water. The schedule and themes will be:
7/2- “My Upper body” (Head, shoulders, arms, and hands)
7/9- “My Strong Torso!” (Chest, Belly, and Back)
7/16- *No Class
7/23- “My lower body” (Hips, legs, and feet) *Optional Children’s Book & Clothing Exchange
7/30- “Whole body wellness” (Complete head to toe practice)
*Cost- $40 for all 4 weeks
